Karak awoke from his stupor and stumbled to the mine entrance where even the dim light of the setting sun seemed too bright to bear. Out over the plain he could see their fires and smokes rising - they were come again! It wasn't long before an envoy arrived in the form of a mis-shapen snotling who grunted that the Gobo hoard would have his newly brewed Dwarf ale and they would piss in it. The snotling dispatched - Karak led his forces out the field, cocky from his previous encounter. Soon though, his plans to take the high ground were foiled and he was forced to meet the Orcs and goblins on their own terms. Here we see how he was arrayed at the start of the battle: from the foreground, the Miners on the right followed by the Slayer contingent, the 20 warriors, the canon crew, the Longbeards and the Thunderers.
