I decided to move into this machine which wasn't being used for development anymore (the other two like it are) and didn't want to run Win10 so went with Ubuntu 18. I run a Win10 VM (and a Win7 and a WinXP VM) and connect to various servers over RDP without an issue. I did need to beef up the memory a bit because the 8GB it came with was not sufficient.

I like to have my dock centered and on the bottom and hot corners enabled.
