Carrier IQ meets the FBI
The way I read this, either a or b is true:
- a) FBI is investigating Carrier IQ and the manuals and information about how it works will reveal that Carrier IQ is guilty of illegal wiretapping or
- b) FBI has been using records from Carrier IQ (or carriers themselves as Carrier IQ denies giving them to the FBI) for their own investigations (which makes the FBI or the carriers guilty of illegal wiretapping)
