The Canon crew is routed, and the Canon destroyed but the survivors (including Karak) manage to rally right at the edge of the table and stand to defend that quarter of the table. The Greatswords charge the Hammerers while Rexor in typical cowardly Wizard fashion, repositions himself off the left flank to cast at the Dwarf warriors from a safe place only to have his spell fizzle yet again. The Hammerers manage to rout the Greatswords and run them into the dirt (destroying the unit) as they pursue their fleeing foes! The game ended at the end of Turn 5 at around 1am as a technical draw (Ned got full Slayers+full Canon+half Thunderers+one quarter), (Nate got full Greatswords+half Cavalry+one quarter)=113 point difference in a 1000pt game.
