Armagetron multiplayer Tron game
A conversation with Non Prophet regarding potential laptop purchases and gaming had planted the seed. A conversation recently with a friend at work about classic games, specifically Tron (the arcade version) had me thinking. Emily begging me to play a computer game with her got me looking. In short order I came across Armagetron, a networkable TRON game where you ride a tron bike against opponents with a trailing wall/barrier behind you.
Whats awesome is the game is available for Mac OSX, Linux and Windows and supports LAN and internet games. I checked out a few online games too and MAN! its fun. Maybe we can all hook up one day? Its quite a painless install and setup.
