There’s more than one way to express yourself. Put your opinions into a blog on the internet, and you might reach some people that read blogs on the internet (specifically yours) but is that the most effective way to reach the masses? One Californian doesn’t think so.
The freeway blogger decided that it is his constitutional right to hang signs on overpasses and under bridges along the interstates. Although there are laws against this sort of thing because it may be distracting to drivers, huge billboards with compelling ads, and in some places massive digital screens with full motion video have been placed alongside these same highways for years.
