Wendy’s now finger lickin’ good!
There’s a Wendy’s across the street from where I work and it gets more than it’s fair share of visitors from my building, but today in the wake of the breaking “finger in the Chili” story, even this Wendy’s 3000 miles away from the story’s epicenter in California was feeling the pain. I don’t eat there very often, but I did so today, and I can say with authority that business was not good. If you haven’t heard about it, a lady dining at a Wendy’s in San Jose purportedly found a human finger in her Chili. I say purportedly only because the origin of the finger is in question. The finger was very real… Personally, I have no doubt the finger was planted, but you can keep tabs on the latest on this story at Snopes.

Yeah, this whole story is extra nasty due to the actual chunk-o-human
involved. I’m guessing Wendy’s is going to see if they can nail this chick to
a cross for all to see.

I found this tid-bit in the sanluisobispo/11410770.htm" class="external">San Luis Obispo Tribune
“As it turns out, Ayala has a litigious history. She’s filed claims against
several corporations, including a former employer and General Motors,
although it’s unclear from court records whether she received any
money. She even said she got $30,000 from El Pollo Loco after her 13-
year-old daughter got sick at one of the chain’s Las Vegas-area
restaurants. El Pollo Loco officials say they didn’t pay her a dime.”
