Star Trek 12 in 2012
At least Trek fans can count on one more movie with younger Kirk and Spock before that pesky Mayan solstice end-of-the-world thing rolls around. Trekmovie has confirmed that the sequel to the hugely popular J. J. Abrams Star Trek 2009 film will be released mid summer of 2012. Script writing began sometime in March 2009 even before the first movie was released.
